It includes detailed enlargements of Dickey Ridge Visitor Center, Tom Floyd Wayside, Mathews Arm Campground & Elkwallow Wayside, and Thornton Gap - Panorama as well as a full explanation of the SNP Backcountry Camping Regulations revision, implemented in 2008 and revised in 2010. Printed on water-resistant, tear-resistant synthetic stock in 5 colors with a scale of 1:62,500 and contour interval of 100 feet. The grid projection is the UTM system with lines plotted 5 kilometers apart. Datum: NAD 83. Shows geographic latitude/longitude grid lines at a 7.5-minute interval. The 2015 edition introduces shaded relief to assist the user in terrain visualization.
